Payments
You may pay by Bank Transfer, or by credit card through Paypal.
Please request Bank Coordinates if you decide to pay by Bank Transfer. We ship
worldwide after payment is received.
Shipping Policy
Since our systems are often customized on request, we will inform the customer
when products are shipped. We charge actual shipping plus € 4,00. Any
duties and taxes for international shipments are at the cost of the customer.
Luminance is not responsible for any extra charges once the original package
has been shipped. If the customer refuses to pay these extra charges, the
return shipping and any additional fees will be taken out of the cost of the
order, and any remaining funds will be refunded to the customer. We use either
bubble mailers boxes and other materials for all packaging. International: We
ship worldwide. Customs inspections and ground transport can take time, be
patient.

Express Courier (SDA, FedEx, Poste Italiane or similar): We
deliver all around the world in 4 - 10 working days. Delivery time and fees
depending on the country. Europe (30 € - 40 €), Other countries (40 € - 50 €)

Priority mail (airmail or standard mail): This method is cheap
and reasonably fast but is not trackable. Fees vary depending on specific
address. Please e-mail us for detailed prices.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please make sure that you enter
your address correctly. We must charge you for shipping if we have to re-ship
an item because of an address error. Customer is responsible for any foreign
duties.
Lost or stolen packages: We cannot be held
responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Duties and taxes
Deliveries within the EU: If you own a VAT number (EU
countries) you can get the VAT exemption for purchases within the European
Union. All you need is your VAT number is valid for transactions within the
European Union. Pls. check with the fiscal authorities in your country.
Attention: the info provided are under your complete
responsibilty. The VAT NUMBER SINTAX AS FOLLOWS : 2 Letters as country code (eg
SE for SWEDEN) followed by a number of digits (from 8 to 12 digits) . Pls provide
the VAT # in the e-mail containing your order to get exemption.
Deliveries outside EU: We are not responsible for any tax
duties or taxes imposed by any countries other than Italy. Please contact your
local customs office to inquire about the duty rate.
Warranty and returns
Please refer to the warranty card included in the shipped
packages for specific limitation and application rules.
Luminance strives to accurately describe all items and to
provide high quality custom products. If for any reason you are dissatisfied,
please email us and we will work out the best solution for your needs. All
products returns must be within 10 days in new, resalable condition for a
refund or credit. Please see our returns policy for further information. If you
have any problems with your order, please let us know as soon as possible! We
will do everything in our power to make it right. Any reports of problems with
an order shipped more than 30 days cannot be serviced.
Privacy policy
When You access our web site www.luminance.it,
information relating to Your access (date, time, ....) is deposited on our
server as log files. These data may be examinated by us only for our own
statistical puroposes, in an anonymised form. When You contact
us by e-mail or fill in our forms, Your e-mail address and Your normal personal
data are used soleyly for individual correspondence with You. We also assure
that Your personal data shall be used soleyly by us, shall not be passed to
third parties and shall be treated in confidence according to the current
italian statutory provisions.

“Protection of persons regarding the treatment of personal data”:
In accordance with the Italian law on Privacy we would like to
inform you of the use of your personal data and your rights in conformance with
article 10, Italian law 31, December 1996, nr. 675. In order to offer you its
services, Luminance needs certain personal data, as specified in the
relevant paragraph on its services. We therefore ask you to agree to the use of
the data that is strictly necessary for the services you request at the moment
of your agreement. Luminance will maintain strict confidentiality on the
personal data you give us. Luminance is obliged by both commercial and
fiscal laws to ask for this data. Luminance will use the data only for
those procedures that are strictly necessary to allow us to supply you with the
services you request. The data will not be shared and may be communicated for
the aforementioned reasons only to companies we trust who carry out tasks of a
technical or commercial nature and to our suppliers with the aim of giving you
information regarding the products and commercial initiatives of these
companies, the list of which can be obtained by contacting us. Without your
data we will not be able to supply the services you request. You have the right
to know your data and how it is being used at any time. You also have the right
to up-date, integrate, rectify or cancel it, request that it be blocked and
decide against it being used. We remind you that these rights are foreseen in
Art. 13, Italian law 31 December 1996, nr. 675. Thus, Luminance promises
to supply its customers with the means to allow them to communicate possible
concerns regarding their privacy and to give them thorough and accurate
